Miriam & Nick

This entry is LONG overdue, as Miriam & Nick tied the knot at Grace Lutheran Church in Clarksville on an unseasonably pleasant November day.

There was a lot of "down time" before the ceremony. Fortunately that meant that I was able to capture tons of images during one of the most powerful times of wedding days - the anticipation period. As you can see above, Nick was mostly smiles, especially when he caught glimpses of family members he held dear.

The flower girls were TOO cute; and loved posing for the camera. Everytime the camera would rise, the girls would smile. Fortunately, I was able to catch them off guard a few times during the evening.


Miriam could NOT believe that she was finally married - she was screaming with happiness. (As pictured above.)



It's awesome capturing the joy in people's faces; and joy was quite abundant at this wedding of Nick & Miriam.

We're Moving Soon!

Although our upcoming move to the Knoxville/Chattanooga area is still a few months out, we're starting to gear up for the exciting changes to come! (One such is the proposed plan to open a full service photography studio - wooohooo!)

Right now, I am taking bookings for the East Tennessee area for events occurring after May 2008 - so, brides in Knoxville/Chattanooga/Surrounding areas, you no longer have to worry about travel fees.

Of course, I am still booking Nashville area weddings for no travel fee through June 2008 - and I'll also travel to the Nashville area for weddings after June for a small travel fee.

Tell everyone you know in the East TN area to get in contact with us to set up summer or senior portrait sessions, or even consultations for weddings!

Valentine's Day Specials

We hope all of you are doing well this new year - Enjoy these pictures that Daniel took of both of us (yes, it was a little tricky for him to be in the photographs and be the photographer, but as you can see, they turned out fabulous!).

I just wanted to take a minute to update you with the latest. We're currently offering Valentine's Day sessions for all of those lovebirds out there. If you don't have a loved one to take pictures with, then don't feel left out! We'll just call it a portrait session ;-)

The session starts at $50 for low key Black and White studio portrait work, and extends up from there to for the standard session. As usual Daniel will pull out all the stops and give you something truly special.
