Daniel + Martha Howell. Who are we?

We're a husband and wife team who loves to photograph the emotions of weddings, make friends with our clients, and have fun working.

We could live at Starbucks, although Daniel prefers black coffee and Martha likes "girly" drinks like Frappuccinos. We both love listening to the musical genius that is Harry Connick Jr. Our favorite vacation spot is the Big Easy - every time we leave, we know what it means to miss New Orleans. We call Sweetwater home and are happy to be here; it reminds us of where we grew up. Our little family consists of us and two adorable dogs.

Knoxville Engagement Photography, Bleak House | Brady + Adrienne, Sneak Peek

Adrienne & Brady had arranged for us to have their e-session at the Bleak House, where they are getting married. And, boy are we glad that we were able to scope out the place before their big day, because it's so fabulous it's almost overwhelming. What a great venue in which to tie the knot (and for an e-session, too)! Enjoy just a few of our favorites from their e-session. Knoxville Engagement Photography | Leigh + Jay, E-Session Favs

Martha and Leigh met in the Fall of 2009 as the lone new students in the Communication Studies Masters program at UT. Throughout that time Martha was sure to keep tabs on Leigh's relationship with Jay and ask probing questions into their future plans of marriage (hey, we wedding photographers ALWAYS have weddings on the brain!).

Well, it turns out that the proposal was quite public, occuring at a UT home basketball game! (GO VOLS!) Leigh, said "Yes" (Of course, or otherwise we wouldn't be posting any images from their engagement session!)

We're looking forward to their January wedding, in the meantime, enjoy a few of our favorites from their engagement session. (All of their engagement session images will be available for purchase and proofing on or before Monday, April 19)
